FAQ

Frequently asked questions about insect screens.

How much does an insect screen cost?

Indicatively from 80 to 250 € per m² depending on type (roller, pleated, sliding), mesh and housing finish. Free tailored quote.

Do they fit existing windows?

Yes, our insect screens fit any type of window without needing to replace or modify it. We guide you through taking measurements: free tailored quote.

What is the difference between a roller and a pleated insect screen?

A roller screen rolls the mesh up into a housing; a pleated screen folds the mesh like an accordion. Pleated screens are better suited to doors and large openings, roller screens to standard windows.

Does the insect screen let air through well?

Yes, the 18×16 fibreglass mesh allows 85-90% air flow. Only 1% of flies and less than 0.5% of mosquitoes manage to get through.

Delivery times?

2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Installation typically takes half a day.
